Snake: Systematic Naming and Analysis of Key celltypes during Embryogenesis and neurogenesis
Snake, Systematic Naming and Analysis of Key cell types during Embryogenesis and neurogenesis, can be used for homologous cell type identification. Five core modules were provided: CellPedia for the correspondence relationship the same cell type with different labels (for example, Ex can be called Gluta_Neuron, Exc L6b, corticothalamic-projecting glutamatergic cortical neuron in different publications), RegNet for revealing the regulatory network within specific cell type, AutoMarker for quick query of canonical cell type markers, Turtle for rapid browse the expression patterns of important neural genes among representative species during evolution (bamboo shark, alligator gar, African lungfish, red-eared slider, pigeon, mouse and human), MarkerS2S to evaluate the conservation and divergence of cell type marker among multiple species, HomoC2C to illustrate the homology score of specific cell type across different species.
