TE family generated by the following workflow. The original consensi derived by the authors were used to annotate the source assembly and for each family a subset of representative TE instances were gathered from the annotation set (179 copies) to form a new seed alignment. These seed alignments were used to generate the final consensus sequence and profile Hidden Markov Model for each family.
