Differences from Tigger3 (formerly GOLEM) and Tigger3b (formerly GOLEM_B) also include internal deletions. 23 bp TIR; TA target site. Tigger3a was originally a subset of MER7A, but the orientation was reversed based on the reconstruction of Tigger3 (or GOLEM) internal sequence.
