A total of 52 spatial transcriptomics libraries were compiled, including 11 in-house datasets and 41 publicly available datasets. These datasets span 18 different species and cover three tissue types: brain, spinal cord, and whole body. For species such as humans, mice, and zebrafish, data from multiple developmental stages were incorporated. This module offers multiple visualization and analysis options to explore the data effectively.
