cPandora
cPandora, the PAN Dimensional Rapid Analyzer for a cell type, is a multidimensional tool designed for the comprehensive analysis of single cell types. It enables users to study gene expression, cellular functions, regulatory networks, and spatial distributions specific to a single cell type. This module is particularly useful for identifying unique characteristics and key biological functions of specific cell types across multiple species, tissues, time points, and conditions.
Users can select a specific cell type for
analysis. If no selection is made, the module automatically displays the proportions
of six major brain cell types across different dimensions in a stacked bar
chart.
Taking Species as an example, hovering over a specific bar will reveal the proportion of different cell types.
If a specific cell type is selected, such as microglia, the Species dimension will display the proportion of microglia across different species.
In the Region dimension, after selecting a species, users can view the proportion of microglia across different brain regions within that species. The Devo dimension allows users to observe the proportion of microglia across different developmental stages after selecting a species. In the Diz dimension, after selecting a disease category, users can examine the proportion of microglia within disease-related datasets. Finally, in the Space dimension, after selecting a specific spatial dataset, users can visualize the expression patterns of microglia in spatial transcriptomics datasets.
