StemAtlas
StemAtlas focuses on mapping stem-cell-related gene expression across species and tissues at single-cell resolution. Users can explore a wide range curated stemness gene sets from public study. Once a gene set is selected, the module enables users to visualize its expression across organs and cell types in 12 species. Gene set activity can be calculated using scanpy.tl.score_genes. Anatomical diagrams help guide organ selection. The resulting bar chats display the gene set's activity across annotated cell types within the organ.
