Developing new cancer drugs requires a lot of time and money, and the transition from the lab to the clinic is often low. As more and more quantity and quality data of multi-omics are available for cancer drug discovery, drug repurposing is a promising field that could overcome present disadvantages. Here, the Drug_Repurposing module provides a range of drug-repurposing scores of hundreds of drug candidates for individual cancer patients and different tumor cells, to enable the extensive exploration of cancer therapies.
