Tumor metabolic reprogramming is one of the five hallmarks of cancer, which promote tumor initiation, proliferation, metastasis, and drug resistance by providing energy and material basis. The SCAR_Meta module allows to screen metabolic features of each unique tumor cell in single-cell sequencing datasets of 28 cancer types, which will benefit cancer cell metabolism research.
