Circos

  1. Data visualization is a key step in the process of data analysis, and the creation of Circos is one of the most effective methods to realize genome data visualization. Therefore, how to draw the Circos diagram simply and efficiently is a very important issue for some researchers who lack experience in code writing. Therefore, in the SCAN_Circos module, we provide an interactive interface that can be used to make Circos diagrams to help researchers efficiently make and modify various types of Circos diagrams.(doi:https://doi.org/10.1002/imt2.109)
