The BrainStorm project contact page

The BrainStorm project welcomes collaborations, questions, and feedback from the scientific community. Because this atlas is under active review and its public infrastructure is still being finalized, correspondence is currently routed through the corresponding authors listed in the manuscript, and full contact details will be made available with the publication record. In the meantime, the pages below point to the answers we can provide today.

How to Reach the BrainStorm Team

All substantive correspondence about the project passes through the corresponding authors who are identified in the manuscript. This single, accountable channel keeps collaborations, data access, and scientific questions on a clear path, and it prevents version skew while the site and the underlying paper are both still being finalized.

Public correspondence details are on their way

Full author names and contact addresses will be made available with the publication record, so please check back there for the definitive channel. Until that record is released, we have not circulated any contact address on this site, to make sure you always reach an up-to-date, accountable mailbox rather than a stale one.

Where to Send Your Message

Different kinds of requests follow different routes through the BrainStorm site. Use the cards below to land in the right place: collaborations and data requests go to the corresponding authors, while atlas, documentation, and data-access questions are answered directly on the respective resource pages.

Collaborations

Partner With the Project

Ideas for joint analysis, comparative studies, species expansion, or methodological development are coordinated by the corresponding authors listed in the manuscript. Reach out through them and the team will respond with the project status, dataset access, and the collaboration terms that best fit the proposed work.

Data Requests

Request Raw Data and Resources

Access to raw sequencing data, processed matrices, and any resource not yet visible on the site is managed by the corresponding authors. For everything that is already public, the data portal below gives self-service access without any request.

Atlas Questions

Ask About the Atlas

Questions about how the atlas was built, how to interpret cell types and clusters, or how to use the browser are answered in the documentation. Start there for definitions, methods, and usage guidelines before writing in.

Feedback

Report an Issue or Suggestion

Spotted a broken link, an unclear description, or an annotation you would like to challenge? We read every report. For anything site-related, the most direct route is the resource page that matches the issue, where context lives alongside the report.

Explore the BrainStorm Site

If you are not writing in yet, these are the resources that answer most questions without any correspondence. Browse the interactive atlas, explore the species catalogue, or read about conserved cell-type biology across the vertebrate tree.

For deep dives into particular cell lineages, see the dedicated pages on neurons, microglia, astrocytes, and oligodendrocytes, and for lineage-focused coverage, the mammals, fish, and birds pages.
